Sunday - Morning (Nov. 16)

The twenty-seventh Sunday after Pentecost began with a very busy morning.

The UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship) conducted their monthly bake sale for their mission projects, and a successful effort was the result. It is so exciting to see them engaged in the life of the church, and the other church members being so supportive.

Courtney Shabram-Beach continued to lead an eager class in learning a hymn in American Sign Language (ASL) which will be offered on November 30th, the first Sunday in Advent!

Scott Kelsey was our lector at the 10:00 a.m. service; he offered a great vision of what our leaders in the furture will look like!

This afternoon's "Community Thanksgiving Sing" promises to be another special event, maybe due in part to the UMYF Soup supper that follows! Come and see!!!
