The Spirit was present at First UMC this morning with three adult classes taking place, a one-room class for the children, and a unified service at 9:00 a.m.
Thanks to Blake Thompson, a music major at UN-Kearney for the musical offering - what a gift it was.
Cody Armbruster held a bake sale to raise funds for his trip to the Youth Annual Conference (YAC) next week. Thanks to the generosity of his family (who did most of the baking) and the congregation, Cody is going to YAC!
And a treat was thirteen disciples who signed up for the One-year Bible reading challenge.
