Mark your calendars now for an important gathering of men here at First UMC. On February 24th at 9:00 (between services) we will meet to organize the re-certification effort for the United Methodist Men unit at the church.
What makes this an activity that you should take a long, hard look at joining? Take a look at The Purpose of the UMM and decide for yourself:
The PurposeUnited Methodist Men shall be a creative, supportive fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spiritually and to seek daily his will. [Our] primary purpose is to declare the centrality of Christ in the lives of men and in all their relationships.
