Late summer is in full glory today here in Sidney, Nebraska! Our custodian, Jody Elkins and her friend, Pat, took advantage of the nice weather to re-paint the curbs on the east side of the church. It looks nice and fresh and welcoming!
Karen Larson, our secretary, got a jump on the week and has already completed the bulletins for this Sunday!
And of course, Judy Rosenbaum, financial secretary, got the offering counted and deposited in good order. Thanks, Judy!
Pastor Judan Counts came over from Chappell/Lodgepole UMC's to meet with Pastor Charles. They had a great time planning the use of webcams and "mega-meeting" software for an area-wide online Bible study. During the coming months, be on the lookout for some terrific ideas coming out of the cluster (Kimbell/Bushnell, Chappell/Lodgepole, Sidney)!
